A question we often get asked as artists or theater people in general is what would we do if not theater? My answer has always been to be a pastry chef. I was always fascinated by the PBS food shows and later by Food Network as to how to create spectacular desserts. Thankfully my fiancé believed in me enough to help me go to school so that I now have the option of creating my own spectacular pieces.
I enjoy creating in both light and sugar so much that at the moment I can not choose to do one over the other. Instead, I've chosen to go nuts by trying to keep up with both styles of design.
